I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't. The breakfast could hardly be called that, with options barely enough for one person, and cleaning at lunchtime is just ridiculous. To top it off, a birthday without even a congrats! I expected some kind of special treatment, but clearly they don't cater to excellence here.

the location in a great area was good and stunning. we stopped by the donut nest for coffee and treats, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was spacious with a balcony.

The room with a balcony. A safe, television, and a mini bar fridge were available here. The location was good and easy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

We appreciated the proximity to the International Tennis BNL complex, a fun outing for both kids and adults alike.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available at the hotel.

It was just a fitting option for a quick break in Rome with great value-to-price ratio. The bedding was clean and the room overall had a decent vibe despite a few drawbacks. Make sure to clarify where to check in before arrival.

Single room with a modern bathroom, a very large comfy bed and a garden. Very very helpful and attentive staff and altogether a really nice experience. Convenient location to castro pretorio when you come out the station, good restaurants in the local area.

I truly enjoyed my week-long stay with my partner. The cozy balcony was perfect for sipping drinks and playing cards in the warm evenings, and we loved the beautiful garden that was ideal for relaxing. The only tiny downside was that the internet connection could be a bit spotty at times, but it was still a lovely place to unwind! 🌼

Nice updated rooms and bathroom. Clean rooms. Afternoon/evening reception staff were nice and friendly, recommended a good place to eat.
One of the reception staff (morning shift) was generally unfriendly, appeared that she didn't like tourists! She told us that the hotel didn't use Booked.net, obviously the do! City tax is additional to the rate, which is fine but they didn't ask for it until the last day and needed it in cash, would have been nice for her to tell us that when we checked in. The front rooms of the hotel were a little noisy due to what I think is a car servicing business.

great location but missed some amenities
I loved the friendly staff! They were always eager to help. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The gardens and courtyard were a good escape. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the garden area, a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings.
The room felt a bit cramped for two people.
